The Raindrop Waltz

Samantha Cable. Miami Ad School Sydney.

It was time to leave. The atmosphere orchestrated the siren and my mother’s cries into a symphony. The musical notation of the rain and wind added another layer until the umami sounds were woven into a tapestry.

The raindrops waltzed for me.
They whispered my name.
You could hear it.
And that was that.

I was gone.
