Janette started her first day at the bar. She had memorised all the cocktails, practiced pouring wine from an empty bottled filled with water, and spent all afternoon watching Youtube videos about mixing drinks. She arrived. Muddled and shook countless cocktails and took over 50 food orders.  It wasn’t until close when her manager approached her about some very confused customers. Margaritas are pizzas too.
